Stitch is like, walking and passes a screen. Then he looks through it and starts acting all showy in front of it. He's like, "Oooo, con bichiboo. No no, con bichiboo! Ah hah, no no.. Well, ok, con bich-i-BOO! ... Ah hah ha ha ha ha! *grins charmingly*".
I drew him huge, then shrunk the image a bit.. Turned out ok?
And, OMGAH, the eyes follow you. o_o; Move to the right.. Stitch is still looking at you. Move to the left, and still... OH!! Move up and down, does it work too!? o:

About the title of your picture, it reminds me of when I was little and it was Independence Day and we're watching fireworks. At that time, there was a cool firework, and I said out loud and excited, "Look at dat", and a friend of my parents and I taught me how to speak correctly. (I meant to say, "Look at that!", though I got a little older, I'm able to say the word "that".)
